Construction commencement notice No. GLHCMC-DX/PCMD/1.01/TLT/TBKC-NOLK/2024/105 dated 17/12/2024 by Dan Xuan Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

(The project is exempt from construction permits under Clause 2, Article 89 of the 2014 Construction Law as amended by Clause 30, Article 1 of the 2020 Amended Construction Law, stating: “Detached houses under a project where the 1/500 detailed plan and project investment decision are approved by a competent state authority do not require construction permits.)

b) Guarantee agreement

Agreement on the issuance of guarantees for the sale of future-formed housing between Public Bank Vietnam Limited and Dan Xuan Real Estate Joint Stock Company: No. HCM/000092/25 dated June 3, 2025.
